Pastis or Absinthe and JT's 100% Pure Coconut Water

You know it's going to be a good night when you've got pitchers of anything on hand. This flavor combination goes down smoothly so pace yourself.

2 ounces Ricard pastis or Lucid absinthe
Small pitcher of cold JT's Coconut Water
Small pitcher of ice
Pour spirits in a Collins glass and add drops of coconut water and cubes of ice to taste. The spirits will become cloudy as you add water.
