Mango Magic

You could call this Antioxidant boost as mango provides vitamins A, C and E - but there are many great things about this smoothie - Mango makes it nice and thick without adding dairy products, while coconut water is a delicious base!

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks (from 1-2 mangos)
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups Coconut Essence
  • Pinch of cayenne powder
